Reached the Castle of Andraz about 40 minutes drive from Cortina where you park, take the road that climbs to the west. The slope is gradual and, after the initial part in the woods, it comes out through pastures of high altitude in the presence of Mount Settsass and the Col di Lana. You reach the top of Mount Sief along the southern ridge.
