Corvo Alto

Easy, moderately strenuous and very scenic hike in a sunny and beautiful environment. It involves a double loss of elevation gain, which does not weigh heavily given the shortness of the route and the splendor of the scenery in which it winds. Thanks to the departure already at high altitude (parking under Malga Giau 1,990 m) it also allows you to pass through beautiful Mondeval and at the foot of the Lastoi de Formin.

This is a route suitable for beginners or first-time ski mountaineers. Wonderful point of view over mount Pelmo and Marmolada.

The descent is advisable along the west slope, to Malga Mondeval di Sopra 2,158 m, and from there climb again to return to Forcella Giau.
