Description

Long and rewarding ski mountaineering route among the classic Ampezzo Dolomites that reaches the Cristallo Pass at 2,808 m starting from Carbonin.

The itinerary unfolds in the northern part of Monte Cristallo with a technical section to be done on skis on the backpack to overcome the Val Fonda jump which sometimes requires the use of crampons. The descent almost always offers deep, powdery snow.
