Description

A classic route with southwest exposure, quite popular and featuring sustained difficulties over the first four pitches. Along the climb there are a few fixed pitons, but solid experience with trad gear is recommended. The summit offers an outstanding 360° panorama.

For the approach from Passo Giau, follow trail no. 452. Upon reaching an area of large boulders, turn right towards the wall. After overcoming a short rocky خطوة (zoccolo), you arrive at the base of the route.

From the top, follow tracks heading north to reach an easy via ferrata, then continue along the path back to Passo Giau.

First ascent: Francesco Dallago and Angelo Dallago, Giovanni Valle, Alessandro Menardi, Pietro Michielli, and Dino Costantini.
