ferrata you are not yet satisfied with your effort.<\/p>\n<p>The visit to the Tofana cave in the spring months offers the spectacle of ice stalactites and stalagmites, but don\u2019t think you will find them when the temperatures rise! From there 30 minute walk to rifugio Duca d\u2019Aosta and the beginning of the via ferrata. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-764677e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"764677e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ascent description<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4f310d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d4f310d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The first part of the route is certainly the most demanding and offers some very exposed sections, on excellent rock. Once you reach the first bridge, the difficulties drop a lot and once you reach the second walkway the route develops mainly on the ridge, on broken rocks: the poor quality of the rock in this stretch does not, however, in any way compromise the safety of the climb,  and it is along this stretch that you can enjoy the <b>stunning panorama<\/b> that, as always, the Dolomites offer us. <\/p><p>A few meters from the top there is a <b>fork in the cable<\/b>, follow the right side to go on top; on the left side you will begin the descent. Leaving the first via ferrata, go near the Pomedes refuge, where you will find the signs for the Astaldi path. The Astaldi path proceeds almost entirely horizontally and ends on a grassy hill, near the <b>Valon de Tofana<\/b>.   The climb that leads to the Grotta di Tofana is very short. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-554a61e elementor-widget
