The slow and silent trek that will guide you from sunset to sunrise along the most beautiful trails of the Cortina Delicious area. Now in its sixth edition, this is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
A good level of fitness is required, as the route lasts more than 20 hours with over 3,000 meters of elevation gain. Throughout the journey, the mountain huts along the trail will welcome hikers with snacks and local delicacies to help restore energy for the next stage. Participants who decide to stop along the way can independently return to Cortina from several points on the route.
Walking through the darkness beneath a star-filled sky, surrounded by the sounds of the forest. Climbing high into the Dolomites along scenic mountain trails. Stopping at the refuges of the Delicious Trail Dolomiti, ready to welcome guests even at the most unusual hours.
This trek is designed as a journey of inner discovery — a moment of contemplation and reflection that begins at sunset, continues through the night until dawn, and carries on throughout the following day until evening, becoming a true walking adventure through some of the most beautiful mountains in the world.
The itinerary winds through the Cortina Delicious Area and reaches all the refuges included in the Delicious Trail Dolomiti, the event traditionally held every year at the end of September. The Delicious Slow Trekking takes place beneath the stars and moonlight, while preserving the warm hospitality that has made the Delicious Cortina refuges so well known.
